PTG employs more than 50 experienced A/V professionals from our headquarters outside of Detroit, MI with a second satellite office in the heart of Dallas, TX. Our team is comprised of the best in the business, including in-house engineering, procurement, project management, and customer service professionals. Our 45,000 square foot distribution facility gives us the unique ability to provide full imaging, kitting and distribution services. Over the course of our 36-year history, we have cultivated a network comprised of 900+ installation technicians that span throughout the United States and into Mexico and Canada.

We pride ourselves on providing our customers with a boutique experience. PTG’s reach is big enough to support some of the world’s largest companies, but our nimble, consultative approach enables us to wrap our services around their needs rather than expecting them to fit into our process flows. PTG has been debt free and financially stable and remained so through the COVID-19 pandemic - a true testament to our ability to pivot and remain healthy to better support our client’s deployments. In digesting the RFP requirements, it has become clear that there is opportunity to provide a more holistic approach to the digital program. PTG has the chops in house to craft the digital signage strategy both near and long term, source the best hardware and software to support the strategy and deploy nationwide - all under one roof.

Digital Signage inherently requires end users to tap into several departments within their organization- IT, Marketing, Construction and Facilities to name a few. Our job is to lift those responsibilities from Nissan to execute and continually maintain the digital signage network. We firmly believe there is no point in investing in digital signage if it is not consistently refreshed with content that has a clear purpose and look forward to working hand in hand with your team to maximize the ROI on your digital network, and continually provide you with data that proves it.

  • Our Automotive Experience: PTG has worked with Mercedes Benz USA since 2011 and through various chapters of technology deployments. Over these 10 years, we have installed hundreds of digital signage systems at all 340 dealerships. This experience has educated us on the intricacies of the dealer landscape. 12 years and plenty of successes and failures later, PTG knows how to tailor our offering to best fit unique automotive needs and timeframes.
  • Our Customer Focused Approach: We take the term “integrator” seriously. PTG is not tied to any specific manufacturer, product or supplier and instead focuses on designing solutions that best fit dealer's needs. You will not be locked into a proprietary PTG hardware or software, instead in working with PTG you gain access to the biggest, most cutting-edge manufacturers in our industry.
  • Our Supply Chain: If there's one thing we know for sure, it’s that anything that can go wrong in the field, will. We take matters into our own hands by receiving, imaging and kitting all hardware in our warehouse prior to dispatching it for installation. Additionally, we work with no less than three key manufacturers in each category we serve, allowing us redundancy should we face any supply chain restrictions. At any given time, PTG stocks upwards of 2.5MM in inventory for active projects.
